If you have multiple photos and are not sure which one is the best, send them all in! We will choose the one that will give you the best results.

A tracking number is usually sent to the email provided once we have finished printing and pressing the image. This is usually 3-7 business days after the order confirmation.

An order confirmation should be sent immediately after checkout, a draft image will then be sent to the email provided for finalisation before being printed. If an order confirmation email was not received, send us through an email and we will get back to you!

Yes! A pet/animal counts as an extra *persons* so we can add your furry friends no problem!

Unfortunately, due to the personalised nature of the illustrations, we do not accept and returns or refunds. However, at a small extra cost, we can send you a copy of the illustration for approval or revisions before finalising.
